Ophir are Marco Centasso (double bass), Jacopo Giacomoni (altosax) and Raul Catalano (drums).
The trio performs
at Musicafoscari Jazz Fest (Venice), JAM - Jazz Mira (Venice), Sile Jazz (Treviso), Jazz Area Metropolitana (Venice).
Ophir works on original where rock and funk rhythms and sounds coexist with moments of free improvisation. On May 31, 2017, the first CD of the trio, Ophir, came out.
